I'm so happy Lovely Bride NYC was included in my search for a wedding dress! They set the bar in customer service for NYC experiences I had and went above and beyond (an example of this is that it started to rain and my best friend and I had a long walk to the shop....her toe started to blister and they went out and bought Band Aids for her!). It was the only shop where I was immediately offered a drink, my emails were promptly returned and the two stylists I worked with, Kasie and Hannah made me feel so comfortable while helping me find the perfect dress. Can't say enough great things about my experience here!

This place was so unbeliavably awesome. Way different vibe than most bridal shops. Its funky, relaxed, and the suites are totally private. Its like trying on clothes at home with friends, only much much better! Many of the designers they carry cannot easily be found anywhere else. They also dont try to break the bank or push you to your limits. My dress came in well under budget. They were just the coolest! highly reccommend!!

I had the most experience at the Lovely Bride NYC, all thanks to mah girl Erica. Even though I didn't get my dress at Lovely Bride -- which was our first stop of a long day -- she set the tone for what wedding dress shopping should be. She listened to what I wanted (and what my Mom and sisters and Bestie wanted for me), respected my budget and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I left Lovely Bride with two gorgeous dresses as contenders and they have SO MANY beautiful dresses. If you don't stop at Lovely Bride, you're missing out. But on the real --- without the fabulous and patient Erica, I never would've ended up with my dream dress because she helped me define what my dress dress was. When I worried I could never make a decision, she reminded me that I CAN make a decision and I would know when I found *the* dress. Erica -- you're a total queen. XOXO

Girl at the front was lovely. Once I started to try on the girl helping me was OK. She wasnt really listening to what I wanted. The samples were not in the greatest shape. I also gave her a price range and she didnt really stay in it. My BIGGEST complaint was I have curves and I am not a size 0 or 2. They don't have any samples that fit an average (size 10) curvy girl. I didn't feel pretty at all to have to hold up dresses and make a decision from that....Girl said she would follow up and never did. I got my dress elsewhere but for all of the curvy brides I wouldn't suggest going here- waste of time.
