My boyfriend and I were recently there on Saturday looking for his first car. The first car we looked at was out of our price range however, his second choice was offered to us. Right before we got a chance to say yes to their offer, one of the bosses told us we could not get this car because they offered it to someone else directly across form us and were in the process of selling it. Naturally we were both irritated as we just wasted two hours but we gave them another chance to find us a car. They brought in a dodge avenger however, upon inspection the front bumper was hanging off slightly and some of the paint was scratched off. There was a loud whistling noise coming from under the car. We were told this car was never in a wreck according to the car facts but clearly something was done to this car. Jeff Schmitt Mazda is not worth your time. You're better off going across the street to Germain Honda and doing business with them. I work with them on a daily basis at work and I completely trust Germain Honda.

The friendly smile, they treated me as family which had me at the beginning. Then the Beautiful 2017 model they let me use as a loaner car for free while they fixed my car that was exciting and I had it for 2 days my friends thought I was a baller. but as fun as that was it wasn't the best part of the service. There was a tech that was very personable with me real friendly like I said from beginning to end the service was second to none my experience made me want to come back in the end I got my car back in pristine condition. Then out of no where the same tech guy that spoke to me before I left the shop tracked me down at the stop light on the side of the road just to give me my car charger. (what service) that right there told me I got the most highest level of service there is out here kudos to the Jeff Schmitt Mazda team for all that you guys do you'll always have my loyalty as a customer for I was greatly moved by you all. Thanks again.

We really appreciated the patience and time put in for everyone involved in helping us make a good decision for our new car. The personal conversations we had were very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with our choice. Jeff, Cat, and Kevin were fantastic!

Did not use high pressure sales, took time to show anything we wanted to look at/test drive.  Sold us the car hassle free and immediately.  Thanks for a great experience.
