After the engine on my 2011 Sonata inexplicably died, well outside of the warranty period, the folks in the service center at Superior worked to get me back on the road quickly and with minimal stress. Nathan and Eric kept us updated on the repair status, did all the legwork to get me a rental, and had their top-notch service guys getting my new engine (at Hyundai's expense!) and all the recall repairs done in no time flat! I had my car back within a week of having it towed to their shop. No complaints, excellent service, great people! Huge thanks!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! I wasn't even going to go here but on labor day other places were closed (go figure) and am so glad I did! I have zero knowledge about cars and could of easily been taken advantage of but had the good fortune to meet Zach Stone who walked me through the process from start to finish. I don't have the best credit and he worked hard to get me a good deal. I now have a 2014 Hyundai Tucson that I love, that is in great condition and so much fun to drive. They also took my old Hyundai as a trade in. Great experience...and I was pretty freaked out about buying a car all by myself and really felt like I was in good hands! Thank you Zach and everyone at Beavercreek Hyundai for making it such a great experience. I will recommend you to all my friends and family or anyone thinking of buying a new or used car!

Purchased a “new 2017 Tucson” 2 weeks ago with an aftermarket sunroof already installed. While the sales experience was fantastic, the after sales experience has not. I’ve had the vehicle back 4 times to have problems fixed with the sunroof the dealership installed before my purchase. The dealership claims “their hands are tied” with being able to switch out the vehicle, even though it is not yet titled. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you have any concerns of being misled or deceived. The situation has now been escalated to Hyundai after the sales managers and GM have “done all they could” FYI, if you purchase a vehicle with an aftermarket sunroof, expect the following: -A missing rear dome light (this has been fixed) -visible gaps in the seal on the outside of the vehicle (this has been fixed) -sunroof drain tubes preventing seatbelts from retracting properly (this has been fixed) -fabric of the headliner not attached in many places. -“a” pillar trim pieces to become unattached multiple times due to incorrect installation -an excuse that a “bad technician” installed the sunroof. I can’t say for sure that you will have a similar experience, but as that’s what my experience has been, I wouldn’t take the chance. None of these should have been my problem. I did all I could to allow the dealership to make this right, and they have refused to do so (they’ve attempted to send the vehicle back for repeated repairs, but have not allowed the ultimate solution I am looking for to be a happy, satisfied customer). Reply to owner: having the problems fixed that the vehicle came with do not constitute going "above and beyond", that's the bare minimum. The sunroof that was installed is not the correct one for the vehicle. I have reflected that as well as the other problems with the vehicle in my survey from Hyundai as well as my case with them. The logic that this quality is typical from an aftermarket installation that I didn't ask for is insane.

Hands down the best experience ever!!! With 4 children tearing the place down the whole staff was great!!! The best experience with purchasing a vehicle to knowledge about the vehicle. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Special thanks to the whole staff. Especially Glen for getting me the truck I wanted and being an all around great man.
