I would advise against dealing with this dealership, in particular the used/certified cars and service department. Bought a newer used car over a month ago. It was advertised a Toyota certified vehicle, giant sticker in window said one owner. Test drove and started paperwork only to find out vehicle could not be certified, it was more than 5 years old. Car was listed nearly $1000 over fair market value, per KBB, but manager wouldn't budge on price, even after determining it wasn't certified and saying they should have caught that mistake at 3 different places in their intake process. I had driven 90 minutes with my family after the sales rep had shown signs that he would work on pricing, so we were all extremely upset and disappointed when they wouldn't budge on the certified price. A newly hired manager stepped out and offered a more reasonable discount, still well above fair market value though, as my family was loading up and I ended up taking it. We had totaled a vehicle over 5 weeks prior and were now paying for a rental, so we were desperate. After driving it home I found out one of the CV boots was bad (clicking) and the passenger side power window switch didn't work. I had been assured by the salesperson that the Toyota certified 100+ point inspection was rigorous and I wouldn't have anything to worry about for at least a year, turns out not so rigorous at Voss. Got the CV boot repaired under the powertrain warranty and the service manager tried several times to tell me there was nothing wrong, until I insisted he put it on a lift and show me, which he did. He showed me the portion of the boot that was in tact and I (not being a mechanic but knowing something was wrong)had to manually turn the tire and find the tear..so he replaced it. I literally laughed when they gave me a Voss envelope with my paperwork and it read, "Voss- built on trust driven by integrity". Outside of a new hire manager with the courage to challenge his finance manager and gm and chase me down in the parking lot to try and make it right, I've seen no reason to trust this dealership and it's all because of a lack of integrity, in both sales and service.

My wife loves this place. My cousin works here, he does excellent work! Speaking of the mechanic shop aspect. You can also buy cars..

Was very pleased with my visit at Voss Toyota. We ordered a part for my car through them. Even though it was only a $10 part,they still made it a priority and the part in the next day. They called to let us know it was in so we were able to have installed in my car by the end if that day.

1st purchase at dealership and felt like I was treated like an adult, not a target. Serviced by experienced, adult salesperson as opposed to children with shiny outfits, jewelry, and even shinier hair. No pressure sales experience and product-knowledgeable staff. I would gladly purchase from them again assuming I receive the same experience.

Everytime I have taken my vehicles there for service they have damaged them significantly. When I bring it up with them they deny it and refuse to show me that it wasn't them. First time (2015) was my sienna, huge dent in the hood above the passenger side light from where it looks like they ran out into a lift. Second time (2017) my Tacoma, large dent in the roof above the back seat on the driver's side. Do not take your vehicle there for service or be prepared to have your vehicle damaged. Both times the service manager was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional.
