We got a whole house full of furniture from Jenner's. They had everything we needed and the sales people were very knowledgeable and the delivery drivers put everything where we wanted it. Great customer service. Will shop there again for sure!

I feel that furniture stores should stand behind their product, for comfort as well as style, durability, etc. I feel that not many people are going to return an item based off of comfort -- but if they need to or want to upgrade that should be an option instead of being out hundreds of dollars because in the long run they will be out even more money because of word of mouth. No one wants to be STUCK with an item especially an expensive item. There should be some kind of guarantee or return or upgrade policy. I only had my item 7 days and was told that they would not work with me because it had been more than one day -- like one day or seven days the item had still be unpackaged. Companies that do not stand behind their product for any reason don't deserve business because they are all about that one sale and don't care about your confidence in them afterward. They have beautiful pieces and nice employees; but I should have checked their "return" policy better prior to making a purchase and I would had known that there is NO return policy even in place. :( -- thank you review written by Kathleen Seymour

Thought i was getting a good deal on a chest turns out it is not new is been painted and once you get really close you can tell result badly also there are a bunch of drill holes in the bottom of the dresser every clerk there was complaining about something the stock guy turned away a delivery and was upset that he had to load my truck if you value your money and time don't waste any of it here

Poor customer service took over a year to get a chair fixed, got the old phone run around. They are like insurance agents, once they sell a product they don't want to hear from you.
