The people at Jensen Jewelers are dedicated to treating their customers right! Jacelyn Ramond, a sales rep at Jensen Jewelers, worked with me to find a gorgeous ring for my fiance. I live in Las Vegas, so we did everything over the phone. I told her all the features I was looking for in the perfect ring, and she sent me various photos of rings that had everything I was looking for. She was very quick to respond, and very helpful in answering my questions. In addition to all this, they produced and shipped the ring 2 weeks sooner than they projected it to be done. I highly recommend Jensen Jewelers for anyone looking to purchase a ring. Thanks Jacelyn Raymond and Jensen Jewelers!

There was an issue with a jeweler from Idaho that Jensens uses to fix prongs not fixing them on my custom ring. And when one of my prongs broke and I lost a small diamond two weeks after I had had the prongs checked Jensen's was great about making sure that it was quickly fixed (by sending it to a different jeweler) and the diamond was replaced. I like a company that takes care of their customers.
