No pressure, beautiful custom designs, friendly and helpful staff, and professionalism I can always, always depend on to leave me happy. I never go anywhere else for quality, heirloom jewelry.

This was the cherry on top:  When my daughter-in-law lost her engagement ring in Greece, they let my son replace it at their cost. That degree of compassion and generosity earned our loyalty for life!

I needed a ring quickly because, like with most things, I waited until the last minute =] This was for my fiance's wedding ring. I worked with Conner at the Jewelry Design Center and he made it extremely easy to get the ring I wanted ordered and shipped in time for me to pick it up on the weekend that I would be in Spokane already - I Iive on the Seattle side. He was extremely helpful, available, and overall pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Jewelry Design Center.

Went in to Jewelry Center for the first time last month to look at buying my first Rolex. The staff was professional and extremely courteous. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable and educated me on the history of the company as well as some great features on the watch. 

I will certainly be a customer for life and look forward to making more purchases in the future.

We were welcomed when we arrived, we didn't have a scheduled appointment but Jason took all the time we wanted to help us to decide the type of ring we were looking for. He worked with us to develop a design of our own and provided ample explanation about the ring design process. It was a really great experience. Jason seemed as excited as we were to be able to design a ring for us. I had worked with Lynn as well, shopping for a recent purchase and she was wonderful. It is really nice to be able to asks questions and have them answered knowledgeably.

Nice staff, friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and they have an amazing selection. You definitely feel great about your purchase when you walk out.
