Im a returning paying customer and every time i go here my boyfriend is immediately profiled. Its really disturbing that any person that looks a little different is immediately treated differently, especially when we have been there multiple times and bought things almost every time. I love the selection and its awesome to have a rock and gem shop in spokane, but not when u have to be treated that way. Extremely disappointed and will not return again.

If you are looking for semi-precious gems/rocks this is definitely the place in spokane to make the trip.  They have a very large selection of crafted jewelry and unfinished gems/rocks for purchase here and if this is your thing or you are looking for that unique gift this is  the place.  It also serves as a curiosity as well and I found it interesting just to browse around for about 20 minutes.

They also have a very knowledgeable staff to explain all about the stones they carry in stock.

It's located in the old Flour mill so it's not a one-stop destination and you can occupy your time visiting the other shopping opportunities.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. They have small crystal at the perfect price. Most are around $1-$5. Defiantly check this place out

I don't know how those folks got their service, but I always get Pamela, (the owner) and she's always super sweet and willing to help me find something in my budget! If you like semi-precious stones or fossils and are in/near Spokane, this is a must stop.

So the selection is nice, I will say that. However, this shop is grossly overpriced, and the customer service is horrid. I would rather shop online or go without then support this business.
