Teresa was infinitely helpful in assisting with the repair of my (deceased) Grandfather's watch.  I'm extremely picky, but she was always upbeat and very communicative throughout the process, and took my sentimental value into account.

Their watchmaker, Paul, was also the only person I've found locally willing to service a watch of this vintage (1950's Omega bumper movement).  If its not an ETA or Japanese movement, seems you can't find anyone today to work on it for you - Paul does.

Wonderful folks and a great company!

WOW great jewelry store. High quality.  I went to this store with a friend so he could get is watch fixed. While there they polished and cleaned both my rings for free. Loved that.

Great service, friendly and polite staff. I have never gone into a jewelry store and left feeling like I wasn't fleeced. Their prices are fair and their jewelry is beautiful. Keep up the good work pounder's.

Took a ring there to be appraised, that we had previously taken twice to other businesses. Ring was valued @ over approx $1,000.00 from a very reputable local business. The sales woman @ Pounders informed us that the 3/4 kt diamond was cubic zirconia & the best she could do was give us scrap value of a little less than $100 for the gold weight. We were referred to Pounders as a local reputable business, on the contrary felt like we were being scammed.
