Everyone at Teneff has felt like family! They greet us by name when we walk-in. Our custom made rings turned out beautifully. They were on point during the whole process, checked in with us frequently and made sure we loved our design. Amazing quality work. Highly impressed and could not recommend more! The pictures simply don’t do it justice.
I spoke with a few of the ladies at teneff. They were so courteous and helpful. Very kind. I scheduled an appointment for a custom jewelry creation session. When my husband and I arrived no one knew we had an appointment nothing was prepared and the man whom we spoke with and helped us was so completely unprofessional that before the appointment was concluded he has insulted my husband. We definitely will be taking our custom jewelry order to another company. Teneff lost our business for life.

Highly recommend Teneff Jewelry for all your jewelry needs! I had the pleasure of working with them to design my custom engagement ring and wedding band. I had a very particular design in mind with many specific requests, and the staff at Teneff's worked diligently to make sure that every aspect was made *just* right. They met with me several times over the course of CAD design and wax casting, so that I could provide feedback and they could make any changes necessary. A couple elements were a bit more challenging to get just right such as the shape of the leaf petals at the base of the central diamond, and Teneff's was very careful to make sure I approved of the design before moving to the next step. They also designed a wedding band to perfectly match my engagement ring, so that it would fit seamlessly against the ring's unique shape. I chose to have them soldered together after the wedding, which Teneff's did beautifully as well. They also provided us with a ton of helpful information throughout, such as types of metals that can be used and the pros/cons of each, shapes & sizes of stones for each part of the ring, any risks associated with aspects of my design choice and how they could help mitigate them, etc. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the rings are phenomenal as well! They turned out perfectly, and we couldn't have asked for better, for something I'll be wearing for the rest of my life. Photos are attached, especially to show the different features that posed challenges in the design process, but turned out flawlessly! I've been wearing this ring for over 4 years now: I don't remove it for anything and it has taken a BEATING. But look how beautiful it still is! It definitely is a testament to the quality of materials used, as well as the quality of workmanship. Seriously cannot recommend Teneff's enough!
If there were mores stars to give I would! I highly recommend Teneff Jewlery Inc if you are in the market for a PNW local jeweler. Mike and the design team at Teneff are fantastic! The staff are friendly, informative and their latest collection is beautifully inspired by nature! All pieces are sustainably sourced and the gemstones are conflict free. I had a wonderful experience with Teneff Jewelry while having an engagement ring made. The customer service and communication was outstanding. The ring was beautiful and perfect in every way.
I am immensely impressed with my whole experience at Teneff Jewelry. I brought my ring in for design change and a new center stone and it turned out absolutely STUNNING. They worked directly with me throughout the process, and I was involved during every step. I got to see my ring during various stages, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the details before proceeding. They were also very transparent with pricing and time needed to complete the piece, which is very much appreciated. I will be using them for any future jewelry design or maintenance. This was easily the best and most seamless jewelry experience I’ve ever had. 10/10.
Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They help me with my wedding ring, I’ll let the photos do the talking. Recommend it 100%.
