A Local owned business on point! Always friendly faces to help. Great variety and selection, as well competitive prices. I am a Harley rider and Jim's has a huge selection of specialty nuts and bolts that are highest of quality in (SS) Stainless Steel and chrome as well, which is a great thing to have so close to the home.

Went here for the first time yesterday and got some rope. They sure had a selection. They seemes to have anything you could ever need there. The staff was real nice and even all the customers there I talked to who shop there were super nice. They also had hot popcorn!

Being from a small town I love being able to shop at local businesses.  After searching the larger chains first and them either not having what I was looking for or it was too expensive I called Jim's.   They had exactly what I needed. I'm in retail management so I pay attention to detail and service constantly.   I held the door for an employee as I was walking in & instead of continuing on his way he stopped and greeted me and asked if he could assist me.  He knew exactly where to go and walked me to the aisle not point and say "Oh it's on aisle 49 or 50 maybe in the garden section" a football field away! After I had what I need he gave me the inside scoop of fresh popcorn on the counter behind me and on Saturdays it's caramel he said with a wink and a smile.  Taken back by the memories of my Papa and father taking me to the local store as a child I had to walk around a bit.  The smell alone was something from memories past. They have an incredible variety. I was passed by 6 employees on this journey to my delight of them not being understaffed each one greeted me & asked to help!  I encourage everyone to stop in for yourself and see why they really "Do it Best"!

Excellent service... Surprising quantity, variety, and selection of stock on shelves for this old fashioned style hardware and home improvement store.
