Pretty good place if you need tools and various other home improvement items. I usually buy from this location or online and pick up in store. My biggest complaint I have is their prices can be different than their online price. Their website usually has amazing sales but they do not honor their own website price. So the only way to get the cheaper price is to stand in the store and buy the sale item on my cell phone and specify to pick up in the store. That is very annoying when it would be easier for them to just ring up their own sale price. Other than that the staff are always very helpful and not pushy with sales or anything. They have a decent tool selection as well.

went to this store to buy a specific item and found it quickly with a helpful associate. saw also a product item that i don't need but was an unexpected sale off so bought one as well.

SHOPPING AT SEARS IS WORTHWHILE BECAUSE SEARS PRODUCTS ARE MORE DURABLE AND NOT VERY EXPENSIVE WHEN COMPARED WITH OTHER COMPAREABLE STORES.

Management needs to revamp ! Okay but should they should be aware there are supposed to have knowledge of the products, at least somewhat. They have been around for a long time. They can make place a little more inviting. Help has to sought. Okay on line though.

Looking for a refrigerator and stopped at this store. This is what most consider to be a major purchase, especially in the $2,000 range. The unit were looking at was $800 higher than the previous SEARS store we visited. When asked about the price, a snotty nosed teen-like sales girl told us; "I have no control what other people charge". Our response was: "That is understood, but $800 is a big gap. Is that the correct price?" She replied: "Yes". We replied: "Thanks, but I hope you understand why we will not be making the purchase here". I found out that each store is independently owned. (Great right?) Needless to say . . . I USED TO purchase 90% of my tools, hardware, and garden tools/chemicals at this store.
