The store manager's name is Devon. This store is a franchise, and is owned by Devon's father. Devon is a moron, and his father is committing business suicide by employing his idiot son in the capacity of Store Manager. Devon MIGHT be qualified as a cashier in training, at best. As a Veteran myself, I was greatly encouraged to spend my money in a Veteran owned business; which this franchise is. Over the course of a mere eighteen months I have spent over $4,000 in this store, and felt pride in doing so. Not only were my dollars being spent locally, but they were being spent on a fellow warrior. That has all changed, thanks to the franchise owner's idiot son, Devon. Never again will my money be spent in this store. Instead, I will have to take my needs to multi-nationals, with no loyalty to our great nation, as Devon has absolutely NO RESPECT for our men/women whom have sacrificed so much to ensure he has the ability to be a lazy, worthless moocher. Dear Devon, Something tells me your daddy's teet is going to run dry someday. You deserve all that happens. Sleep well in the bed you made.

It's a good store for small hardware. I took a Craftsman socket wrench that broke and instead of replacing it, they gave me a little package of parts and said I have to fix it myself. Luckily one of the cashier's grabbed it and replaced the mechanism in about 5 minutes. This isn't what a lifetime warranty used to be, but I can't blame the franchisee, they just have to go with the flow from corporate.
