I needed paint mixed to match current exterior wood work and the employee took steps to try several times to get the exact match. He was also helpful in finding calk and wood filler that the contractor wanted. Outstanding products and outstanding service!

Ever want the good old days where there was staff to answer your hardware/paint or lumber questions, take time to help solve your problem AND not pay an arm and a leg to get it? Then this is the place of your dreams. I walked in for what I thought I needed and one of the staff asked if I needed help (yes that's right, I didn't have to hunt one down, they came looking for me), I let him know why I was there and what I was going to get. He then asked a few questions and offered an alternative idea, which ended up being exactly what I needed. I'm still blown away by the service. Every department I went into asked if I needed anything, even those that had another customer came and checked on me when they were done. WOW

I love this store! They have great customer service, always help me find what I need and it's a breeze mailing anything out of their post office inside.
