Came here for the first time and loved it! Their breakfast is all day, and they have a great variety of food to choose from. I had their pasta and it was really good and also good amount of food. The waitress was super friendly and helpful when she answer our questions.

Today at Jim's, we found good service, large portions, and reasonable prices. The food came quickly, was properly cooked, and the place was very clean. What else can I say? Oh yeah, the Malibu Chicken sandwich was terrific! The construction in the area made it harder to get into, but on the plus side, the restaurant wasn't crowded and we didn't have to wait for a table. Thanks for taking care of us!

Jim's has great food and the portion sizes are huge! There are lots of choices and so my wife, 4 kids, and myself can so find something we like. The prices are great too. Jim's has a hometown feel, not a nation chain restaurant conveyer belt feel. We'll go back again for sure. I do wish they had a salad bar but that's a small thing for me.

First off- I'm laughing that someone in their review mentioned going here with family after a funeral because that is exactly what my family and I did. 
I called in a reservation well before arrival and was able to be seated immediately. The waitress working with our family was pleasant initially but it faded quickly when asking in regards to options available with the menu. I completely understand that there will be things unavailable, but if you have to give a "no" at least try to find a "yes" with the options that are available for your restaurant (especially being our first visit here).
The meal was good, our group as a whole said not the best but not the worst. When asking about dessert options with the pie variety, again there was a lot of "no's", and come to find out the staff in the kitchen was being short/rude to our waitress which in turn was brought to our table. 
When my sister and I went to pat the bill the hostess then disclosed our waitress was working a 12 hour day and expressed that as the reason for her being short with us? 
I don't feel that you should ever disclose that information to your guests; we cane here for a pleasant environment after a heart breaking day. We had just come down from north Logan burying our brother so I can assure you levels of exhaustion were probably the same. But even more importantly, why would you not seat a large party in someone else's area, knowing that it has been a long day for her and she is trying to leave? 
Take care of your employees so they can take care of their guests.

We love coming to this place primarily for breakfast service is good and we always get to sit down almost immediately and we're a family of 7. Food is good and so is the price!
