Always yummy. The crew here is ever changing, but I've always been lucky to have been served with respect, kindness, and a smile (or a serious face that had been frazzled by the people before me.)  
I wish wish wish everyone had to have one year's worth of fast food Customer service experience by the time they move out of the parent's house.
I know you all work your bums off, for Little pay, and Little gratitude from your patrons,  but I'm sure those patrons will rip your head off if Little Johnny's nuggets were too hot and Little Jane's fries weren't full enough.

Got here at 9:15. Door says lobby open 4am to 12pm but the door was locked. I’ve been in line for 10 minutes now, same with 6 other people, 3 of which, and me, who all tried to go inside... really? It’s 9:30. People want dinner but they’re not staffed or open in the lobby? Come on. Change your hours. I hope the manager knows that the employees aren’t following what their door literally says. The door they locked at 9pm

UPDATE 
20 mins now in line. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Haven’t even gotten to pay yet. All I ordered was 2 cheeseburgers. People in front of me did about the same. Seriously guys? It’s mcdonalds. I get food faster at non fast food restaurants

I've been coming to this McDonald's regularly for the last year and a half. Over the last few months, the service has deteriorated. I will share with you my experience from today's visit.

I pulled up to the drive thru and only 1 of the 2 lanes was open. So it took a long time to be able to place my order. I ordered chicken tenders. My main reason for going today was to eat chicken tenders, as I had a craving for some. The cashier took my order and gave me my total. After verifying the accuracy of my order on the screen, I pulled forward and paid at the first window. When I reached the second window, I was informed that they had "sold out" of tenders for the night (this was late afternoon). They gave me Nuggets instead. The Nuggets cost less than the value of the tenders. Why was I sold tenders if none were available? When the error was found, why was the food replaced with something of lesser value? This is just the latest of several fiascos at this location. I enjoy McDonald's menu, but this franchise location is garbage.

Can't complain, usually good at serving lunch up until 4 AM.. some stop too early and I usually don't go to those locations anymore

Ok service but all tables, floor, walls, soft drinks station dirty. No customers on the line a few on drive thru, you guys should delegate clean someone every shift.  I dont see any reason why this place is so filty.
