Parents with special needs kids don't need your employees opinions on parenting. She asked me juice or milk with the kids meal. I said he wants a soda...she said you'll have to pay more....and I said fine. She said with my kids it's you get what you get and not throw a fit! I told her he hasn't had his pill yet this morning....so all that gets me is bit. She gave me a look like I didn't know what I was doing. I have 4 kids and 2 are special needs. I Don't try to piss off my kids in public for your benefit....not mine! Keep it to yourselves!

I stop here at 6/22/17 at 6:40pm. Store was ok clean men's restroom had no towels and wasn't clean. Management has one awesome employee working at this location her name is  Olivia. I think that management needs to rethink the one employee. It took ten minutes to get my sandwich made.  I wanted a steak and cheese sandwich but was told they were out of steak.  I ate a roast beef sandwich instead and it was great! Olivia worked her butt off helping  customers  steady for at least thirty minutes before she could do her other duties.  I would  location again.  Hopefully management will take this review in consideration.

I'm rating one star in hopes management sees this review and something gets done. Every thing was great here the food is good the place is clean and the staff is friendly. My issue is they have one person working. I went in around 6:20 and the poor girl was packed. She told me she was new and someone was supposed to show up at 6 but didn't and hadn't had a chance to call her manager because she was so busy helping clients. I understand there was someone supposed to show up in this instance but I have gone to other subway locations and they have only one employee helping a line of clients that just keeps growing. This is not only frustrating as a customer but also a safety hazard. God forbid anything happens but if for example one gets seriously injured there should be a second employee to help call the police or an ambulance if it's life threatening. There should be at least two employees at ALL times for safety reasons. This is not a small business that does not earn a lot of money to pay for more workers this is subway I'm sure they can spare to pay a second employee.
