Went in to try the new fries. Drive through was fast, order was accurate. Product standards however, very low. Ordered 3 orders of fries, with three extra cheese cups. The fries were cold. The cheese cups had a teaspoon of cheese. At home after a few minutes in my oven, the fries were....mediocre at best. They might be good from another Taco Bell that delivers their products at a higher quality. I won't return. 3 tries, 3 orders below what is expected.

Came in to try a mild chicken chalupa. Order two of them. The cashier had charged us for the whole combo without our permission. As well as messed up one of the items in our order. We exchanged it but after that I took a bite of my chalupa. It was super spicy as well as the other one. I specified mild and our receipt said as well. I let them know I wanted mild and she argued with me that the red spicy sauce is mild. I asked her about the avocado sauce and she said it does not go on the chicken chalupas. The advertisement right above the register says avocado sauce for the mild. Very disappointed. Would never come to this location again. They don't care about their customers and I could tell.

I’ve moved to the area recently and this has been the worst taco bell I've been to. The inside was not clean. Tables were messy. Floor was sticky. Gave them a second try, but went through the drive through and ordered Carmel apple empenadas and they were cold as if they had been sitting out for awhile.  Not impressed.

It is sad to see a new location like this one fail in efficiency. The building itself is nice and new. However the employees are not competent and seem to have bad attitudes. Not very impressed with the manager either. The bathrooms were quite dirty, and they got my order wrong. After asking for my order to be fixed, they seemed put out that they had to fulfill a new order. I will not be coming back to this location. There are far more superior locations nearby and worth the longer drive.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Cashier had no idea where to find items on computer while I was ordering. After a good 10 minutes of her trying to take my order the food came out and the order was totally wrong after we spent those whole 10 minutes going over it to make sure it was correct. Also that was after waiting almost 25 minutes for my order. This wasn't just me, I noticed it happening to at least 3 other customers. Taco bell is great, but this one isn't... Go to a different one!
