I'd give it 0 stars, but I have to give it at least one to post a review.

I stopped in yesterday afternoon to pick up dinner on my way to work. There were 7 employees working and maybe 5 or 6 guests finishing up their meals. The only person to acknowledge me was the drive-through employee. The woman was extremely busy, but I could tell that she was a hard worker  and truly cared about her job.

 I looked over the food (which was in dire need of being restocked) and went and stood at the beginning of the order line. There was nobody else in there needing to o

The drive thru attendant yelled for someone to help me, but nobody did. An older man that I assumed was the manager just walked out the door and paid me no mind.

 I stood there several minutes before I decided to leave. As I was heading out the door, someone yelled to me, but I just kept going.

 I'm just wondering what level of incompetence the owners of this establishment are willing to  accept. My valuable time wasted and I went to work hungry. Thanks for nothing Panda Express!

It's a typical Panda Express. Know going in it's drive thru Asian fusion. But when that is what you want it fits the bill. Twice now this location has had me waiting in the parking lot for mushroom chicken. I don't come here a lot so I don't know if it's a constant problem but 2/2 is a pretty bad record. I order it b/c it's the closest to healthy I can get. The first time they told me there would be a wait when I ordered which I appreciated b/c I could decide to change my order if I didn't want to wait. This time I paid the lady who took my card said nothing then the asked if I wanted to wait. If I had somewhere to be I'd be more mad.

Update: I don't know why I keep going back. Oh right not many drive through options in our area. So there is a picture of my "mushroom chicken bowl". It should be "your bowl of white rice with 4 piecsles of chicken and 4 zucchini and ONE mushroom". There isn't even enough sauce to make it so the rice is worth eating". Fail.

It's just what you would expect from Americanized Chinese fast food. You can pick from noodles, fried rice, or white rice. Then add your entrees, which include pork, shrimp, chicken, and beef dishes. You can also pick sides like egg rolls and Rangoon. Then you just need a Pepsi product to finish it off.

Food is good, but always a small amount and never ready after they open (20-30 min after opening)

Sometimes they are awesome with the customer service, and other times they are terrible, hence the 3 star.  The food is rarely bad, I mean all they do is heat it up.
