Poor costumer service

Horrible service, I came in and there were 3 sales associates talking..not once did they greet me or ask if I were looking for anything specific. After 2 minutes of being ignored, I went next door to Foot Locker and found exactly what I wanted within 30 seconds thanks to the helpful employee. Jimmy Jazz in Regency should be ashamed of their customer service and choice of employees. The fact that they're such an unknown company and still don't strive to be better shows where this business is heading...to bankruptcy

If I could issue less than 1 star I would. I received a pair of polos for Christmas when I put them on it fit as if someone had stretched the shoes out. When I attempted to fix the situation I was told it was nothing that could be done since it was after 7 days and I had no receipts (If it was a Christmas gift, why would I have the receipt and how am I suppose to know that policy?). It's not like I was asking for my money back, I just simply wanted to exchange them for one's that had not been stretched out of shape. I will never support anything coming from that store again.
