This is a great all around shoe store. They have good discounts, including one for everything you buy the month of your birthday. Their selection is pretty good, though sometimes it can be hard to find exactly what you want. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are great with working with and fitting kids as well.

Excellent customer service. I worked with a store representative over email to return a pair of shoes I received as a gift. I was able to mail the shoes to the store in exchange for a gift card, even though they were originally purchased in store. They were very responsive and accommodating and made the process so easy.

The whole Saxon team is fantastic to work with. Their sales staff is friendly and helpful and never seem to pressure you into buying. Highly recommended!

Excessive wait time. Not enough employees available to help on a busy holiday week. Unable to buy shoes without seeing an associate for a “fitting.” Manager announced “plenty of sale associates” and asked customers to “please wait,” but refused to help anyone himself.
