Pretty hit or miss as far as consistency goes. Sometimes it is great, and sometimes not so much. The order is usually correct, but you see a lot of poorly trained cashiers who don't know how to properly enter custom orders. If you are customizing, your chances of getting a wrong order will be greatly increased here! Specifically: Sub from beef to beans! It's usually pretty busy but there doesn't seem to be a correlation to how busy they are and accuracy. Be warned of the incredibly slow drive-thru!!!! I recommend going inside. Pretty standard as far as Taco Bell food goes, so this rating is more centered on service (I love me some Taco Bell!).

They are the definition of fast food. Our food arrived quickly, accurately, and the staff was welcoming and professional. It's proximity to KU Med Center made it an obvious choice. The best way of decribing it is GREAT FOOD, FAST, AND FRIENDLY.

Best taco bell I've ever been to. Hot fresh and they don't screw you out of meat and cheese. Ruthie in the window was polite and did her job exceptionally! Very fast and delicious

Cashier was genuinely polite and not simply because they're currently having guests do surveys about the staff.
