Called at 7:55 and ordered ahead. Walked in and was told it was coming since they were busy. Waited until 8:25 and was told by another worker that my order was never received. I just walked out. I’d give them zero stars if it was possible.

Sad. No communication or process to ensure customer satisfaction. They do not check what they have in stock and just charge / update customer. Disappointed. Pricey and below average pizza.

Just ordered from this place and they had terrible customer service...after placing our order and giving our credit card we were told the it would be 1 to 1 and a half hours before our pizza would get delivered...should have told us before taking our money...but that's not the worse part. 2 hours went by and we still haven't gotten our pizza so I called them and they said they tried to make a delivery but nobody answered...considering that I was sitting right next to the door waiting because I was starving I can guarantee that nobody tried to deliver. They also said the delivery driver tried calling me 3 times, which I ask to verify the address and my phone number which both were correct, you guessed it they never called me. The manager went on to tell me that he could make a fresh order and have it delivered again however I would need to wait another hour and a half...never offered a discount or anything like that. I canceled the order...we have ordered for this place before with good luck but after reading the reviews on here looks like this happens a lot. Too bad...Toppers pizza is great but this store just ruined it for me...terrible customer service and no willingness to fix their wrongs...stay away!!!

I ordered a pizza which was pretty good, but while eating it I noticed something which I originally thought was cheese but it was white or gray hair with the follicle still attached so I asked my husband to describe the man that prepared the pizza as well as took our order low and behold he had gray hair and his name is German....I felt so sick I am not sure how much hair I had already ate!! So disgusting.. I will never eat there again. However my husband returned it and we was given a full refund.

Ordered my pizza as part of the "customer appreciation" event. It came with the wrong toppings so I called in. I was immediately transferred to a manager who got on the phone and told me that wrong toppings on the pizza where the customer's fault and not his mistake. Luckily I still had my order confirmation up on my computer and I had ordered it exactly how I wanted it. After another 5 minutes of him saying it was my fault he actually found my pizza sitting at their store. On top of all this he said he would send it out to me but it was busy so it would take awhile, and I'm sure you all saw this coming. It never came. Don't order from here. Toppers isn't bad as a company but this branch is horrible, they need to learn customer service at the most basic level.
