The Palatine location is so-so. I have always visited it late at night and the staff always seems unhappy but they work hard and do their job well. Maybe they ate overworked and underpaid, I don't know but they just aren't happy. Food is always good and the order is always right.

I've never had a White Castle experience so bad than at this location. Took 10 minutes to order a simple combo, had to repeat it several times and still got the wrong food. Sliders were dry and had no onion. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Classic, White Castle sliders, delicious as always.  The staff was very friendly at lunch time.  I look forward to going back.
