Terrible terrible terrible. Slow service. Incorrect food. UGH.

horrible experience. I came here about 2 hours before they were closing (i looked online and checked what time they close because i didnt want to be their last customer), and when i got to the drive through, they said they could only make tacos. nothing grilled because they had already shut off the grill. well, i work in a restaurant and I know exactly how long it takes to clean those grills and there is no reason why it should have been shut off that early. the man was rude to me and so i drove away and went to to the one in buffalo grove. they were nice there and told me that the palatine location gets a lot of complaints. DO NOT go to this location. that isnt the only bad experience i've had here and after 2 horrible experiences in a row, i will never be back.

The manager here gives poor quality customer service. Also the tacos come with very little meat every time I come here. It's worth it to just drive to a different location.

Slow is the name of the game. 10 minutes for a standard burrito. No one on line in front of me. This is crazy slow service.

It's hit or miss on how long it will take you to get your food, and how well your food is prepared. I've had disasters before and a few really good experiences.
