I like the ice cream and drink options. LOVE the tater tots. The rest of the food is OK but I prefer other fast food places. I usually only go here for drinks and snacks

I don't do a lot of reviewing unless I feel a place really deserves it. I have given this Sonic a lot of chances, and today was the last. First the positives- the food is what you can expect for a Sonic and the manager, Justin, does try and make reparations for the mistakes made. And I've experienced a lot of them, both receiving food at the establishment and delivery. Sweet tea that turned out to be regular. Medium sides that turned out to be small. Food I ordered that wasn't included. Food I received that wasn't what I ordered. It seems the staff either doesn't care, isn't detail oriented, isn't trained properly, or isn't paying attention. Whatever it is, there have been too many mistakes for me to return.

This place is horrible!! Terrible management. I was in the stall waiting for such a long time. Kept pressing the order button because they were resetting it. After waiting for too long I ended up leaving. There was a huge line in the take out, inside and this just shows how understaffed they are. Just hire more people and hire BETTER management. It's irritating because there was no win. I just wanted to enjoy a milkshake and onion rings

Long story short,  I want to sonics for a cookie dough custard. There was no cookie dough anywhere but on top of the whip cream. Not only that but there were no small cups so I was forced to buy a medium? I won't return... I'm good.
