I've eaten here or had it delivered to me at work a few times and they're always fast and the service isn't bad. My only complaint is when I ordered a soda with my food and got a cup of ice with a shot of Coke instead of a beverage. This was delivered to me so I was just stuck with it. As you can see in the picture, the cup was filled an inch from the rim with ice.
Always good, always the same. Usually fast. A place everyone in my family can get something they like, plus everyone loves their pickles!
Great customer service, drive thru was busy, but went by pretty quick . Ordered an original vito combo. Tasty sandwich! Go grab your sandwich here if your in the area!
I orfered 2 sandwiches and both of them had no cheese. When i called to make sure they are aware, their "manager" patrick called me a liar. I left the tip and didn't even want them to remake sandwiches, and he should be ashamed of himself to talk to customer with "hey". I am not that cheap, but he is. He said he saw the cheese and i could've take the cheese out before taking a picture- what a crack. Not intelligent at all.never will go there again and will fill out a complaint with state.
I ordered like 50 boxed lunches for a work event. All of the sandwiches were made perfectly, they even delivered earlier than what I originally scheduled upon request. Sarah helped me take everything inside as well. This was such an easy and quality experience.
Service has gone down horribly their delivery is horrible their customer service is horrible the last several times through the drive-thru I have not gotten what I ordered I have been charged more than I was supposed to items were forgotten and then they don't want to take care of their mistakes by refunding your money or any compensation for the fact that you spent your time and gas and money to get it for them to screw it up and take no accountability. Food is good but this specific location is horrible.
I went to this Jimmy John’s last night. The cashier took my payment touching the register and my payment and immediately began touching the bread dough. Didn’t wash his hands and didn’t put on gloves before touching the dough. Then he walked over to the food line and I couldn’t see what he was doing over there. I asked the girl who brought me sandwiches to me to just refund my money, as I no longer wanted the food and told her I wanted to speak with a manager. Then she informed me that the guy who took my payment and then touched the dough was the manager. I let her know I would call the store manager the following day. I just tossed the sandwiches. When I called to speak with the store manager he stated that that’s not how they do things, but just so I knew the dough is cooked at 400 degrees so it would take care of anything he touched. Ok, what about all the other surfaces?? Then he proceeded to help me with my refund after repeatedly informing me that it would have been easier to have just taken care of it last night, with the manager who was the problem. The fact that a manager was handling food this way is very concerning. The fact that the store manager was rude, unapologetic, unconcerned and full of excuses is even more upsetting. I hope someone comes in to fix this store. Even aside from COVID this is the health and safety of other people.
As of today I'm done with this store! I spend 10 dollars on a sandwich and I can't get a side or peppers!? Like really my 10 dollar sandwich should cover that side of peppers everytime so as of today I'll never again go there and if I could leave a negative 5 star review I would of
The employee who announced our order glared at me as I approached and rolled his eyes after I took the food, it was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional to scowl at a customer for simply taking their order. I understand that food service can be a demanding job but there's no reason to have an attitude towards your customers.
It’s unfortunate when a business gets your order wrong, leaves ingredients out or forgets an entire meal and you keep going back hoping it’ll get better. It doesn’t seem to get better. Today I found a hair in my food. If I hadn’t taken a bite exactly where I did, I would have eaten it and probably not even have known. It seems as if there is always an issue. I am diabetic so I get the unwich. There are always bread crumbs on the outside layer of lettuce. Always. I have had my sandwich made with bread instead. Now, hair. There is no excuse for this many times of sloppiness. If quality, CLEAN food was important, the staff would strive to do whatever it took to keep the food from being contaminated. I finally give up on this location.
