Ordered through the app so I could swing by quickly and pick up my order. There was no one working. No signs said open or closed. The store should have been open according to the hours posted on the door. The place was just a ghost town.  I paid through the app with no way to dispute the charge and no one is answering the phone a day later.  Yep. I love adding tasks to my to-do list, especially for fast food.

Should have learned my lesson by now.  Sent my husband to This Jack in the Box on his way home from work  for a Chicken sandwich and Cheesey Potato Wedges with extra cheese', that IS what he Paid for and was told the receipt was in the bag. Unfortunately he didn't look at the food before he left. He got home I opened my food bag to find French Fries with a spoon full of cheese sauce on them. The chicken sandwich was ok, just a little tough to chew. He wasn't rude, he just ordered the food, waited, paid then left with the food. I am disabled and my husband works six to seven days a week. We like to get a break from cooking a few times a month with out having to go to a sit in restaurant. I like Jack in the Box but it seems the employees at this specific location just hate their job or hate people or themselves,  I don't know,   maybe they don't know how to do a job well and have no sense of work ethic, morals  or pride in themselves to the best they can. Maybe this location could hire some employees over 40 and and turn this place around.  Pay per work ethic and give bonuses and perks for good 'real' reviews. We are Tired of wasting our time and money here. Would not recommend this place at all to anyone.  The picture is after I mixed up the fries, it looks like more cheese than what there actually was.

I was largely impressed. Greasy as expected, chicken nuggies had large chunks of gristle in about half of the individual nuggets. A very friendly staff member courteously served us our fast food and we were on pur way in minutes.  Parking: Large drive through and ample parking.

Service here is the worst. Can here employees yelling at each about everything from cheating boyfriends to I'm going beat that person up.  Extremely rude service out of the night crew. The daytime crew is much better from my experience. Come on Jack in the box if your employees can't be professional temporarily close the location till the can be.

Love it. I work extremely close to here so I eat here more than I'd like to admit. but always really tasty. I love the "good good sauce"Food: 5/5

I’ve done 2 mobile orders from this location, the first time was over a year ago and it was terrible. I waited inside for 30 min and when it was my turn they had no clue what I was talking about. I showed them order on my phone and they still couldn’t find their way. I left before I said things I might regret. This morning I order and it takes my payment, drive thru lights are on and I sit and wait. Nothing so drive around and see no one inside. Drive thru again in 10min same thing happens. Except when I drive off I stop and look back and see employee looking out of office door. Still no food and will never use this lame location again I don’t recommend you to either.

The service is so bad!  They give us expired foods, unclean bathroom, and they don’t understand me!  Also, they have super bad manners!  I command the bosses to teach them manners.

Pulled up to the drive thru and the lady doesn't say hi how are you, may I help you, nope she says it's a 30 minute wait. Are you kidding me? It's fast food and only 2 cars ahead of me. This Jack in the Box sucks. Everytime I come here there is some type of issue. Very poorly managed.  Corporate should take note if this disaster.

I drove through the drive-thru, waited like 20 minutes just to get through the line and I understand that when you are busy. When I ordered they rushed me through everything. I had ordered a number one and a dessert. When I got my food I had only my fries. That’s it. And when I try to even call literally no one answered the phone. Worst place to go
