Visited about two weeks ago near dinner time during a weekday. It was out first try there. The kids said the menu was so high up it kind of makes it harder to see. We ordered. My daughter got the meatball, I got the beef sandwich which I ordered the one with the extra meat on it. The service was pretty fast which was nice. The price for the amount of sandwich - I felt was a little overpriced. My sandwich seemed like it had a regular amount of beef and not the extra. It seemed a little light for a sandwich. Felt the food wasn't as well seasoned and kind of bland for beef. I liked the thick cut of the beef and the quality seemed decent however. I tried some of my daughters meatball sandwich and it was pretty tasty. For the size of the sandwich and the amount of meat even with extra - it was a little too pricey. I don't believe for all four of us and two of them being kids with small chips and a drink it should cost close to $40 because two of them were children and their sandwiches were not very big and that was a regular portion. I feel I could have gotten more the amount of money. Kind of bummed because I loved the potbelly sandwiches I had at the location in Madison,WI.

Food was good. But the lady who took our order was incredibly rude. It was our first time so we had some questions and she was short and another person came on, equally rude, to answer on top of her answering us. I've never had that rude of service in a drive through. Makes me not want to go back no matter how good the food is.

Typical Potbelly BUT!!! The people here are absolutely committed to the Potbelly culture. Love it. Oh good sammies too.

It's better than generic places like subway. It tastes really good, and it doesn't cost too much.
