so I really love this place but recently I’ve encountered a lot of attitude from some of the employees and managers and lately I’ve been finding a whole avocados and avocado skin and my burritos ..  they’re really unpleasant surprises.. i really appreciate the whole hand mashed idea, but slow down!! don’t get me wrong most of the employees and managers are extremely sweet but once I was trying to get cashed out and an employee was talking about buying weed to her friend who wasn’t even purchasing anything.. and made me wait about a minute to get acknowledged at all.. lol..  I have worked in food service  and I know it isn’t that hard to say hello to a customer and be polite while talking to them and tell them to have a nice day and then go about your personal topics after .. i also have managed a restaurant before for years .. i worked from the bottom up, and i made it a point to myself to be polite and understanding and watch my staff and make sure they do the same!!! She didn’t even greet me she just put my order in took my money and didn’t even say have a good day and I know that this place is a lot better than that .. and also I can’t enjoy half of my burritos because there is a giant half of an avocado that I have to remove from my burrito! this has happened three times, and once i got a big chunk of skin! all within the same month?? there is one girl here that really stands out, and is thin, tan and has brown hair... she’s pretty spectacular and she deserves a raise, promotion or SOMETHING! she’s the best staff member at any restaurant that i’ve been to in a while, i really appreciate her.. (she’s usually on register)

I love chipotle, but this one is very dissapointing. Ive gone 3 times and the rice is undercooked (still hard). I also have gotten pieces of the skin in my guacamole. I told the serves that the rice is is undercooked and they say "i'm sorry" but still leave the hard rice for other customers. I will still go to other chipotles just not this one in particular.

This was once my favorite Chipotle to go to, the people are nice and the food is usually amazing. But now this place frustrates me. I still like the people there and the food is USUALLY amazing but three out of the last four times I had ordered my food to be prepared at a certain time (and even with me coming in ten minutes after the time I had set) they still have not prepared my food. One time the cashier had ignored me to continue talking with her friends. I go to pick up my lunch during a 15 minute break. But because they forget about my order I end up getting late to clock back in. This is getting frustrating!

Great chipotle. Better than the one in Lake Bluff.
Great management and great help. 
Also when I came the store it was very clean.
The queso was delicious!
