The selection is poor at best. Staff knows little about merchandise or what they have in stalk. Friendly people, though. Store is often messy/disorganized.

Too small not enough room in ils. I'm in a wheelchair and i can't get around in there. I prefer that store but because it is not handicap friendly I'm forced to shop our only other store that carries sewing and craft things.

This store has poor selection and the employees know little to nothing about fabric or crafts. I asked about a specific size knitting needle and the employee wanted to know if knitting needles "were the ones used by old ladies with bent ends."
