Wide selection of fabrics and craft supplies. Can be a bit pricy if you don't take advantage of sales and coupons. Coupons are available online, and they will scan them off your phone.

Love this place!!! It's like magic! Creative people will go nuts in this store!!! You leave with so many ideas and inspirations and the coupons aren't bad either!

This place is okay. Sometimes it's expensive, sometimes it's disorganized. They don't go in for more modern prints like lizards, robots or other traditionally boyish things against pink or purple backgrounds, which disappoints my 4 year old. But they have all the tools you'll ever want or need to do anything with fabrics, so there's that I guess

Jo-ann is usually my first choice when wanting to get any supplies for crafts. The prices are great and the quality is expect. My problem here is that customer service is very poor. When I was trying to asking a question about orders, I stopped by the fabrics desk. When asking the question, I was cut off by the worker demanding me to take a number if I want help. That should had be my red flag. I ended up placing a order for 5lb Fiber-fil which is an item that stays in stock. Two weeks passed. I called Jo-ann asking about the order. The lady on the phone asked if I had received a call which I didn't. From there she assumed that it did not come in. She did not bother to look up my order. A little upset by this I checked the website for Terre Haute to see if they had any in stock which turn out that they did have 11 5lb Fiber-fil boxes in stock. I ordered 3.
