The Terre Haute location is a pet friendly place with great employees. Easy to navigate. Many don't know that Lowe's installs many things. They install doors, Windows, siding, roofs, fences, carpet, hardwood floors just to name some. They have installed Windows for me and have done a great job. They have also installed siding for me. They installed hardwoods in my mom's home. I would highly recommend them for the installation.

Terre Haute, IN Lowe's We visited this store on Sat 12/30/17 only to look at doors for our home. A man named David Clark, was the sales specialist in the door section of the store. He was so very nice, knowledgeable, helpful to us. He had so much patience. We ended up buying 4 doors from him. We had planned on shopping at different stores for them. Lowe's was our first stop. He was the best. Your store is fortunate to have him in the Lowe's family.

No help. Associates walked by as I was loading 12 sheets of 5/8 sheetrock and did not offer to help. I saw several start down the isle I was loading on and when they saw what I was doing turned around and went down another isle.

You have some people in the plumbing department that are very helpful,and then you find that one that. Is really rude to you and you know they really don't want to help you. I got that about one hour ago when I went to Lowell's.

Worst customer service from any Lowes I have been to. Very apparent they are short staffed.
