If I could give negative stars I would. This store is THE worst. Their customer service sucks and they can't ever get anything right. One groomsman's pants were 6 inches too short. 2 of the groomsman's colors were wrong. The grooms tux was given to the wrong person. Another groomsman's shoes didn't fit and they said they couldn't do anything about it even though they said as long as we came to try it on, on Thursday they could get the right things in by Saturday. Also, they were very disrespectful to my Mother-in-law yelling at her and saying they were going to call corporate or the police on her when she was just trying to ask why everything was messed up. They were also talking about us to other customers and laughing at the situation. Keep in mind, NO manager was present and the manager was the one who gave the grooms tux to the wrong person!!! They are horrible!

We had the WORST experience at Terre Haute's MensWearhouse and we will NOT be purchasing my fiance's attire or the groomsmen attire there, let alone ever going back. The MANAGER insisted that we changed our colors because they were "boring" and "overused". She told my fiance and I that we should "rethink" him being in jeans and boots because it is "TACKY" and would make my wedding dress look "too casual" standing next to him. I was so FURIOUS that I stopped the fitting short, told them I changed my mind and that we will NOT be purchasing anything for our wedding from there, let alone giving them any other of our business. Ridiculous. The manager lost Mens Wearhouse SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS worth of business.
