This place is amazing. I dealt with Andrew while I was here, he was very professional, friendly, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable on their products. I left here with a new pair of work boots at a great price and better understanding of exactly what I needed!

Basically a wasted stop. They have a mediocre selection at best. Even though the whole time we were there they spent 90% of their time hitting on my girlfriend and bragging about what all they knew about boots and yet couldn't answer a single question I had about boots?? And the really bad part was the boots we were looking for they said they didn't have, then WE found 4 pairs of them on the shelves in a part of the store that they never looked in! Smh!

Great people who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they have. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.

Great selection of high quality boots and shoes,  but more than that, Johnny's Shoe Store has excellent customer service! Their store manager always has a friendly smile and goes out of his way to get you the perfect shoe/boot. I highly recommend this local Kingsport store.
