This is beautiful place. The people are friendly and helpful. The parking pads are level and have generous space between each other. The showers and bathrooms are immaculate. You are not too far from town and not too close to it!

One of my favorite parks. Beautiful area, friendly people, long concrete pads.

My husband and I are now in our 5th month living here at JCRV and we LOVE it. Coming from a city of over a million people this little place is just heaven. Quiet, serene, scenic, convenient to all businesses, stores and shopping (the Ingram Loop is a must for shoppers, very eclectic and artsy....a very pleasant surprise for a town of just barely over 1,000 people). The area is flush with wildlife and birds birds birds. To name a few: cardinals, chickadees, titmice, wrens, sparrows, jays, kingfishers, grackles, colorful small finches, hawks and of course, buzzards. There is a herd of about 40 - 50 Axis deer that feed daily here in the park. The RV park itself is lovely. There is a BEAUTIFUL clubhouse and covered patio overlooking Johnson Creek; Western Town (a fun gathering place), a pretty little chapel by the creek and of course the pecan trees. The owners and staff are great. Nicer, friendlier and helpful people would be hard to find. The residents here are laid back and also friendly...how could you not be in a place like this? You will love it here.
