Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Very peaceful and quiet setting, away from the freeway. We loved that it wasn't a huge 'megacamp'. Fellow guests were all very nice and respectful of the grounds. Restrooms were always clean. The dog park, though small, is a nice bonus. The kampground borders a small neighborhood which was quiet and a nice place to take an evening walk. We'll be back!

A little off road from Interstate 10 through a somewhat scenic country road, this small Texas campground appears rustic and peaceful. We were welcomed by a hospitable host. We happened to be on a Florida to California road trip and stopped by here to rest a bit as well as dump our gray water and get some clean water. The dump area is a pull-thru gravel site right across from the office, which is a good spot to pull in and get back on the road. There is a park behind the office building for small dogs but the surrounding fields is big enough to walk pets; keep an eye for wildlife.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Small and not much out there but it was peaceful and just what we wanted. Drove into Kerrville and went to the Schriener park, really nice. On the Gaudalupe river.

Spent Christmas here and they made us feel just like part of their family...decided to extend our stay until spring. No regrets...best wifi of any park we've stayed at yet. Nice FHU sites available that backup to fenced, private acreage. Fuel and propane available on site, as well as a convenience store. Sweet little town just down the road, with everything you need. No reason to go anywhere else.

This is convenient to I-10 at the 501 exit. Drive about 1 1/2 miles and it'll be on the left side of the road. It's a short drive to all the stores and fast food services you might like. They have Diesel fuel and gasoline on site. Large clean laundry room and a very nice store.
