I went into the store with a budget.  I told the salesman (Thomas Grace) my amount and basically looking for a used piano.  He showed me a new piano that was on sale, a little over my budget but not too bad.  Then he showed me some used ones within my budget.  He then asked if I had considered a digital piano.  Not knowing what it was he explained it to me.  Well I ended up buying a brand new Yamaha digital piano, that looks like a piano, sounds like a piano and can also make many different sounds plus much more, and the best part, it doesn't ever have to be tuned.  I absolutely love my new piano. Thank you Tom.

I was looking for a new digital piano for my church.  Andy was extremely helpful with lots of info about the Roland instrument that I was considering.  He gave me a great demo in the store, and then allowed me to try it in my own and then answered all my questions.  When I was ready to purchase, he was very speedy and I was on my way with our new piano.  Attractive showroom with lots of choices.  Very pleased with my experience at Jordan Kitt's!!

I would definitely recommend making a trip to Jordan Kitt's music. They do delivery INCLUDED with your purchase, and have a generous repairs policy. They have all kinds of pianos, ranging from Bosendorfer grands to Yamaha clavinovas and everything in between. I walked in on a Wednesday night after work, tried out a few different pianos, chose the one I wanted, and was done in under an hour. The piano got delivered to my home a few days later. The staff were super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, and they often have discounts on used or rented pianos, or even previous years' models. Definitely my go-to for piano purchases in the DC area.

From the sales persons to the owner, everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and never once did we feel pressured to buy. Chris the owner even took time to show us some amazing things the new generation of pianos can do! The piano arrived on time, and the only disappointment was we weren't informed ahead of time that the bench was on back-order. Other than that, we are absolutely happy with the piano and the service provided.

Great experience! First piano, zero knowledge, looking for something for super beginner, so in general it was easy. Got a good deal for B2 from Tom, a family member of the biz and is very helpful and nice. 47xxUSD in total, including shipping and tax. There's referral fee, so ask your friends before visiting. Or, maybe they could just deduct that from the final price. Again, great experience!
