Fantastic moving company!!! 

I called around for quotes and these guys responded quickly, were friendly and knowledgeable and gave me the best rate for my 2bd/2bath apartment move. 

On the day of the actual move the crew (Alex and Sasha) arrived on time, took utmost care of my belongings, were so fast that they finished earlier then estimated. 

I highly recommend this company!

Recommend spending your money somewhere else. A small 17" truck was sent. Movers had to make 2 trips to haul my stuff. I called to voice concerns mid-trip and was told I had stuff that wasn't identified. The item mentioned was a kitchen table. I'm not sure why you would send a truck for 20 boxes of stuff, full bedroom set, and sofa/loveseat/chair but not think someone has a kitchen table. Movers were nice. Scheduler was nice. I got charged for an entire box of wrapping paper but only a portion of the box was used. My sofa cushions were handled haphazardly and I would have expected more delicate handling for the price I paid. My sofa cushions were taken out of the apartment and left outside until they could be placed on the truck. I consider this to be an average moving company.

The lead mover did not have a good attitude and exaggerated the extra work/furniture. He also took many smoke breaks and was on the phone  frequently while handling our things. I also felt like the "no hidden fees" was misleading- we were charged extra fees for missing some furniture on our list (wasn't aware we would be charged for accidentally forgetting a few small things), we were also charged for "heavy furniture" which we've had others do before with no problem, and charged extra for disassembly of our bed which said was included in our rate. I call these hidden fees! Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior of the lead mover.

Will not be using or recommending them in the future. I haven't had them move my things yet, but I'm regretting the Groupon I purchased. Miscommunications abound regarding what items were included in the original estimate leading to me being charged an additional $275. While mostly professional, I would not work with this company in the future since there are so many hidden costs.
