ZERO STARS IF ALLOWED. COLONIAL CONTRACTED ROUTE 66 VAN LINES, DESTROYED OUR GOODS AND DID NOT INVENTORY OUR BOXES NOR PROVIDE WEIGHT RECEIPTS AT THE DELIVERING END. WE HAVE PAGES OF REQUESTS TO RESOLVE WITH OUR CLAIM GOING ON FOR MONTHS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS IS OUR 12 CORPORATE RELOCATION AND CHOOSING COLONIAL AS THE AGENT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. OUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE LEFT THE COMPANY IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR RELOCATION. THEY WENT WAY OVER ESTIMATE AND ROUTE 66 FORCED US TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD FOR THE BALANCE OR WOULD NOT DELIVER GOODS. NOTHING GOOD HERE TO SAY FOLKS.

Late picking up and still no notification on delivery. Colonial Van Lines outsourced them as a third party and they can't even get an answer from them. Not happy especially since I'm making a 900 mile move.
