people working I was the only person in the store the guy went in the back and the girl was  on her phone.  She took the time to look at me we made eye contact and I was hoping for can I help you but she just went back to staring at her phone.  I knee exactly what I wanted I just needed them to grab a pair of vans size 11 skate hi black but these kids couldn't be bothered to help. I'll just get my shoes from Amazon and skip paying tax.

Wonderful management and staff. Don't let the dumb one star rating over a misunderstanding stray you from visiting this location. The only downside is that they don't give this location the selection some others have, but they remain to have a plentiful selection.

I went to journeys at the outlet mall on Saturday. I was picking out a pair of shoes for my boyfriends birthday. I told them I was looking for my boyfriend and found a pair I liked and asked to see them in a ten. They brought it out and I said, looks good. It wasn't until I got all the way home that I noticed they were a women's 10, men's 8 1/2.  (EVEN THOUGH I WAS SHOPPING IN THE MENS SECTION). I drove back (25 minute drive) and asked for the 10 in men's in which the cashier, Ashley, told me that she had made the same mistake earlier. I checked the box twice and looked at the shoes.. tens! I walked back to my car and checked one more time and looked at the inside of each shoe to be sure. One was a 10, the other a 9 1/2! I finally got it figured out after spending my entirely afternoon going back and forth and driving an extra 50 minutes. 
My bad for thinking that they knew how to do their job. 
If you go there to buy shoes for someone.. check the boxes and both shoes! 

He better LOVE these shoes when he opens his present. 
I won't be back to that journey store again.
