Every time I come this location it takes forever people usually rude over 30 minutes in lobby cash check

This is my bank. I've tried all the big banks and have not had a pleasant experience through customer services and ridiculous fees..since I've joined JSCFCU about a year ago I've had kind and helpful service and never any unnecessary fees...great experience we hope to bank here for a while.
