The tellers are nice, always friendly but the hispanic guy working the new account desk is rude. He talks to you like if you were stupid. The other guy with redish hair not sure of his name has helped me before & is always nice & never give us any issues.

Okay for routine banking. My experience was generally poor. The manager and staff are not customer service oriented. After being a customer for several years, i was told that the cost of safe deposit boxes is negotiable. Why have i been paying more for all these years? 
Disappointed that the bank was forcing me to open a new account for trust conversion rather than changing my grandfathered Wachovia account which has better benefits. My other banks all converted accounts without much of a hassle. Very disappointed in the attitude and service provided.

Really bad experience with a really unnecessarily curt and rude male notary. He couldn't help me and turned me away. I went to another Wells Fargo location for a different notary and had no problems.
