We have been customers at is bank for two years. We go in there to open a new saving acct. Then the questions started. Who business but the customers where the money comes from okay. But then they want to know How much I make a year or my spouse? I use to work at a bank. That is too personal. They say we want to know are customers, We are a friendly bank. My spouse had given the the information and I refused to give them a answer on my income. So they brought in other manager, they said I had to answer all there questions. That information is too personal. I got up and told them give me my cashies check. I'll find a Bank that will take my money and no questions ask. Now I already had a checking and a saving. Why more personal questions. You just lost a good customer. I took my business somewhere else.

BEWARE BUSINESS OWNERS!!! Avoid doing business with Chase Bank, or your business could suffer the consequences.

As much as I hate doing this, Chase Bank left me no choice after several months of bank caused problems with no progress or solutions! Thank God we have the resources to compensate for their continuing incompetence with our funds & the service, or lack of, they are supposed to provide businesses. What a shame!

I really wish Kyle P. was still around to handle issues... he always made things right.  

Now I feel like taking a shower!

Need to ged of these teller machines and have more actual humans. Not to much of a personable experience with a machine. Will be switching banks because of this. Humans helping humans.

I've used this location 3 times out of convince and it has never been pleasant or conviniant. I normally bank at the 96 location and have never had a problem. This time they have held a good check, from chase mind you, going on 5 days now.

I always have a quick in and out experience. All of my questions answered and problems solved. I like the self service ATM as well.
