This branch specifically is NOT FRIENDLY. When you walk in, there is no one that greets you. When you walk in, the teller and personal bankers just look at you, no “Hello.” The branch manger have been gone for a whole month, so I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor or a lead, no returned call. They are not busy, so you all couldn’t call me? I had to drive 10 miles just to ask a simple question because 1-800 customer service gave me a different answer than what I was told in branch. I do NOT feel comfortable nor happy at this location! Every one just seems annoyed by you. FOR REAL!!!! Amoco, University, JSC FCU are a better bank when lookig for a friendly, small community bank!!!!! Where employees appreciate your service because without us, they don’t have a job.

This location is does not have friendly customer service. When you walk in, there is no one standing at the information desk nor at the door. There is only one teller that does the drive thru and inside transactions, meaning customers will be waiting for a long period of time just for a simple transaction - as indicated by another user below. We waited for 15 minutes, gas running, just to deposit cash. I was the only car in the drive thru, no one in front of me or beside me. That is ridicilous. But you can use ATM for cash and check deposits which is convienant, so will use that instead of going inside or using drive thru. They need to instruct employees to be friendly, greet customers, and have a smile. They need to have more than one teller instead of one doing inside and outside transactions. Seriously or the bank will remain slow and loose customers. Don’t respond - DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! Thank You!

Texas city is a horrible branch. SLOW doesn't even start to describe the service there. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to make a cash deposit. The manager is completely disrespectful. If I didn't have to deal with them I would never step foot in the place again. They are not helpful nor customer friendly. Do waste your time at this location.

This is their temporary spot until the new one opens by buccees, so no drive thru. It's ok though because the staff is awesome! They are so courteous and helpful. When my wallet was stolen they really bent over backwards to help with police reports, and getting my money back.
