Very nice all facilities

Had the shrimp and lobster risotto. It was good and I enjoyed my meal. I also had the Walnut bread for an appetizer which was delicious. Service was excellent.

The Christmas Dinner Pre-Fix four course meal with a wine pairing for each course was absolutely unbelievable! We loved every course!! Well done and our compliments to the Chef!!!

Food is pretty good by US standards. The same meal would probably rate 3 stars in Europe. But I had some good crabcakes and scallops. The scallops had been on hold in the kitchen some ti e I gathers, as the sauce was a bit dried out. With a couple of beers and some water it cost 75 US$.

The restaurant is attached to the fairmont hotel, for breakfast I had the most amazing blueberry muffins Iv ever tasted, later we had dinner, everything was superb, especially the house cocktail :)
