I recently discover this little gem on Harford Rd , in Baltimore and I am so happy these guys are here. I brought my 1976 receiver with a lot of issues, making noises and looking rather tired. Three weeks later, I received a call from "David", one of the technician at Just Audio, telling me that my receiver was ready for pick up. I was there yesterday to get it and let me tell you, I was blown away how great my old receiver looked and sounded. David had gone through the all receiver, cleaning the front plate and all switches to a new shine and rubbing the wood case to bring back its luster. All electronic parts had been cleaned, tested, and soldered wherever needed, to bring back the smooth sweet sound of the 70's. This receiver sounds fantastic and the new LED lights illuminate the front plate so beautifully. For me, unless you spend a small fortune, there's nothing in today's stereo gears that can match the quality and craftsmanship of these vintage pieces. Beside doing a great job, for a Very Reasonable Cost, everyone there is super friendly, and very knowledgeable so you can talk about your passion without feeling that you're taking too much time. They made me feel right at home and by now, you've realized that I can only give theses folks a FIVE Stars rating, recommending Just Audio at the highest level. Thank You!

Brought a fender guitar amp to this shop for a repair under warranty. Fender wound up replacing the amp entirely at no charge (pretty sweet). The staff at Just Audio was very professional and maintained good communication throughout the process. I purchase musical equipment with some regularity so it's nice to have a shop nearby that can do warranty repairs on certain items. Plus if you're looking for home stereo equipment they've got a nice assortment of receivers, speakers, etc.

Great customer service. As stated over the phone, it took about 10 days for them to review my receiver. One that time passed, their technician was able to resolve the issue within a day. I am glad that I was able to find a shop that actually repairs equipment. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Very satisfied! Just as written on their business card "We listen to your problems", it is refreshing to be able to talk one / one with people that listen - even when I was incorrect in my turntable diagnosis. The personal respect is awesome, and I appreciate their explanations to my situation. You see...the problem with my turntable was my failure to correctly position a switch on the rear of the unit resulting in distorted sound. I am slightly embarrassed, but their technician and staff correctly identified the issue, explained it to me, no further cost. A small company with a great staff and attitude with customers. Thank you!

Excellent service and a very knowledgeable staff. The best place in the region to get all audio equipment fixed or serviced and calibrated. They fixed an Rotel amp for me at a reasonable price that everyone else had given up on. And they kept in touch, letting me know that it needed a certain board and how much it was and also roughly how long it would be until they had it to complete the repairs! They also have a nice selection of used and vintage audio gear at sometimes surprising prices to keep a fresh selection. From basic home theatre to real Hi-end audiophile equipment. I've found some really good deals there. And there's always new gear for sale every time I go in! Great place, Great people! It seems rare these days to find an electronics repair business that isn't usually going to tell you that, "Your hardware isn't fixable", OR giving you the sales pitch, "Here, Buy This instead, New is always better! ". They have even offered to buy some of my equipment at a decent price!" That's why "JUST Audio", keeps my business.
