Staff was super rude and not very willing to help. Just left the store and called sprint, they verified that the store was communicating inaccurate information and recommended I visited the downtown store, which is an official sprint store, not a contractor.

When I entered I was greeted with great hospitality and smiles. There helped me make a clear understand of my plan and how I could successfully upgrade my phone. Although I chose not to upgrade today, I was still given great customer service. I have never had a group of sprint representatives make me want to come back. I unfortunately live on the opposite side of the city but due to the great customer service this is the only sprint store that I will be shopping.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Knowledgeable about products and services plans.Even made sure I was on the right plan that accommodate my needs in a service plan. They make sure that each and every person walk out content their new service or product. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work Ladies.

Excellent service, everyone is very knowledgeable of the products! Dana and Kylla gave exceptional customer service! Will definitely recommend friends to visit this location
