My husband and I recently purchased our Frame TV from the Big Screen Store, and let me tell you, this TV is AWESOME.  It's easy to mount, awesome colors, easy remote toggle, and when the TV is not is use, it turns into a framed pic of YOUR choice, including personal pics if you desire.   We get compliments on our pic all the time, until we show guests its also an TV.   It is two in one and worth EVERY penny!   Thank you John Beauchamp, you're the best!

Greg was very knowledgeable about Big Screen's products and services and the purchase and installation all went smoothly. A couple of weeks after I purchased the TV, Big Screen announced a $200 price reduction. Big Screen had advertised a price guarantee policy so I called thinking it might be a hassle to effect that. Not so - Greg immediately responded that I was due a refund and it was arranged within an hour, with no need for me to re-visit the store. I'll remember that the next time I'm in the market for a TV.

Greg Dahle helped us find the right TV for our family room, and then got us the best price -- he even arranged for us to get a refund when the price dropped a little. I checked online, and the price at the Big Screen store was less than at Best Buy and Amazon. He later helped us arrange for installation, and gave us great advice for getting the most out of our TV. We have a couple more TVs to upgrade in the next year, and we will certainly go back to see Greg.

Purchased on Friday, professionally installed on Monday - price matched - what more can you hope for.  We had done our research in advance, but Greg provided great additional comparative product information with low pressure sales,  and a comfortable store environment (Ellicott City) to hang out and decide amongst the many (Samsung) options on display.  Installers (Joe and Justin) were excellent connecting TV optically to our existing home theater system. They performed quick initial TV setup and answered technical questions, followed by the 2 min instructions for success (awesome).  Very quick (time in home) installation and willingness to accommodate our preferences and decision-making.  We were watching 4k Netflix Monday evening ....

i have bought 3 TVs from them and will continue to go back.  Service is fantastic (thanks Greg) and i have more confidence that they will take care of any problems.  free delivery!  maybe a little more expensive than Costco, but worth it.  'open box' came with 5 yr warranty. 75" LED! looks great!
