I had the great pleasure of hearing Missy Cohen, owner of Just Breath A Salt Room, speak this week at a networking event. Her presentation was amazing. She provided us with the background history of salt therapy and she explained the detoxifying affects of salt therapy. The place is beautiful, the salt room was absolutely amazing! I went to attend a class and it was such a great experience, I would refer a lot of people to this wonderful place.

An amazing, inviting space where you feel instantly calmed. The salt room experience is awesome. I left refreshed and feeling great. You will also find amazing people there. I would recommend not just the salt room but also the many valuable workshops that are offered. I have attended several and they were terrific. I will be a steady customer!!

Instant results... I mean instant! I have never been in a salt room before and I wish I had found it earlier! I have struggled with allergies my entire life. The moment I sat back in the beautiful and relaxing salt room, I could feel the toxins being pulled from my lungs. I explained to the courteous owner, Missy, that I could feel my back tensing up. She explained what was going on and I was amazed. The salt works instantly to help detoxify the body. Missy is extremely informed and has an incredible crew, which can help you find your health in many different ways. I would recommend this for family, friends, children, truly anyone. I believe we are all trying to move back to the basics (that actual work) in health and wellness. Just Breathe is a great place to start your wellness journey or to dive deeper into growing the connection with you. Simply INCREDIBLE!

The Salt Room is a great experience! From the soothing and welcoming feel of the reception area to the warm and inviting feel of the salt room, it is a wonderful experience. Missy Cohen the owner is so knowledgeable of the history of the salt and the amazing healing properties of this therapy. It was an overall great experience that I would recommend to people with sinus and lung issues as well as for general wellness. Relax and enjoy some relaxation as the salt works it's magic or take a friend or 2 and share the experience! I can't wait to go back!!
